Float glass set inside an ash wood rectangular frame, embellished with wooden bobbins and finished in a glossy lacquer.
Meticulously handcrafted to order in all of the glorious colour ways. Please feel free to order a colour sample to help you make your choice. Please allow up to 6 weeks for this to be handmade especially for you.
The sizes indicated relate to the size print that the frame will hold e.g A4 will hold an A4 sized print.
All frames come with a back board and hooks to hang either portrait or landscape. A4, A5, 8x6”, 5x7” and A6 frames also come with a stand, to display on a mantle/shelf etc.

Unless stated, each piece is meticulously hand-crafted to order. Please allow 5-6 weeks (sometimes longer for larger/multiples orders) for your order to be lovingly made before it is dispatched via either Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Once orders are shipped, you will be sent a tracking number. It will be worth the wait!
Non-Uk shipping
Frames: Please note that frames size A3 and above will be shipped with plexiglass as an oppose to real glass.
Mirrors: The postage prices cover the extra packaging required for the safe transit of glass overseas. In the unfortunate case that any damage is incurred during transit, please note that the postage costs will not be refunded.
All orders are shipped from the UK and may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes. Bertola Home Studio does not cover or assume responsibility for any taxes, duties, fees or VAT that may be required in certain delivery zones. Additionally, if you reject or return your package, we will not refund your payment for you.

Returns

Returns are not accepted. If there is a problem with your item/s e.g. damaged in transit, please contact us directly for this to be sorted within 14 days of receipt.
Damaged goods will need returning in their original packaging before a refund is issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is returned, therefore a tracked and insured postal service is highly recommended. A full refund for the cost of the goods will be issued on reciept of the goods. Postage costs however will not be refunded.
