A love note, beautifully framed. This romantic collaboration pairs delicate red embroidery with two distinctive frames: “Love you” in a solid wood bobbin frame finished in rich crimson lacquer, and “Love you more…” surrounded by a softly gathered Egyptian cotton ruffle in crisp white.
Handmade to order by UK artisans, each piece brings a little romance to the everyday. A thoughtful wedding, engagement or anniversary gift, designed to be treasured long after the celebrations.
Available individually or as a pair - a sentiment made even sweeter together.
Each embroidered piece measures 40 × 40 cm, excluding the frame.

Unless stated, each piece is meticulously hand-crafted to order. Please allow 6 weeks (sometimes longer for larger/multiples orders) for your order to be lovingly made before it is dispatched via either Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Once orders are shipped, you will be sent a tracking number. It will be worth the wait!
Glazing
Real glass, unless:
- A2 sized and above
- Shipped overseas - frames sized A3 and above will be shipped with plexiglass as an oppose to real glass to avoid transitional damage.
Mirrors
The postage prices cover the extra packaging required for the safe transit of glass overseas. In the unfortunate case that any damage is incurred during transit, please note that the postage costs will not be refunded as glass products are uninsurable.
Customs
All orders are shipped from the UK and may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes. Bertola Home Studio does not cover or assume responsibility for any taxes, duties, fees or VAT that may be required in certain delivery zones.
Additionally, if you reject or refuse to pay any required fees, you will be responsible for any resulting charges, including costs for orders returned to us after unsuccessful delivery attempts. These amounts will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Returns
Returns
Returns are not accepted. If there is a problem with your item/s e.g. damaged in transit, please contact us directly for this to be sorted within 14 days of receipt.
Damaged goods will need returning in their original packaging before a refund is issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is returned, therefore a tracked and insured postal service is highly recommended. A full refund for the cost of the goods will be issued on reciept of the goods. Postage costs however will not be refunded.
